SAMPLE SCHEDULES
For a 1-week stay, your schedule may be similar to:
Arrive on Sunday.
Orientation: 3:00-4:00 pm
Settle in to accommodations: 4:30-5:30 pm
Worship at Triune Mercy Center: 6:00 pm
On your own after worship.
Monday-Friday
8:00 am-12:00 pm—Morning mission project
12:00 pm-1:00 pm—Lunch break
1:00 pm-5:00 pm—Afternoon mission project
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings are under the direction of group leaders.
Wednesday evening—Optional Worship
Friday evening—Closing worship and sharing session.
Saturday morning—Depart for home.
All times are approximate and are subject to change.
Trips lasting less than a week will have similar schedules. Worship times may be reduced to only 1 or 2—depending on the number of days you stay. Leaders of groups have the option to schedule “free time” activities for free evenings. Afternoon work times may be altered at the request of group leaders and should be cleared in advance with the CCM director.
Weekend trips typically include work times only with optional “free time” activities. If your weekend stay includes Sunday mornings, you are invited to attend the 9:00 worship at Springwell Church.
If there are special requests or objectives for your group’s visit, please notify the CCM director at your earliest convenience so that we may accommodate your needs.
All CCM staff members are available to help you design a meaningful experience for you and your group. Any advance preparations will help your trip to run smoothly.
