COST INFORMATION
Local Groups: No lodging required. There is no charge for local church groups, organizations or individuals who are working on one-day projects. We are a non-profit and work on a tight budget. We welcome donations or love offerings to help offset our expenses. We are a 501 (c) 3 corporation and your donations are tax deductable. If you are unable to make a donation, we covet your prayers and look forward to working with you in the trenches in the future.

Prices below are effective November 1, 2008 and reflect an increase in the per person pricing. The need for these increases was dictated by the fluctuating prices in gas and oil, the increase in accoommodations fees, and the increase in administrative costs that include facility upkeep, vehicle maintenance and equipment costs. THE CHOICE PACKAGE FOR A WEEK
$295/person--(4-6 nights)
This price includes:
Deluxe Hotel Accommodations, Breakfast, Tee-Shirt, Bible Study Materials (upon request), and Administrative Costs
- A non-refundable deposit of $50 per participant is due 90 days before your arrival date, $50/person is due 60 days before your arrival date and the balance is due upon arrival.
- CCM requires that you have one adult chaperone (21 years of age) per 7 students, per gender.
- A medical release/parental consent form is required for each participant including adult chaperones.

THE BUDGET PACKAGE FOR A WEEK
$145/person/week (4-6 nights)
This price includes:
Accommodations at a Family Life Center(with showers and kitchen facilities), Tee-Shirt, Bible Study Materials (upon request) and Administrative Costs
- A non-refundable deposit of $35 per participant is due 90 days before your arrival date, $35/person is due 60 days before your arrival date and the balance is due upon arrival.
- CCM requires that you have one adult chaperone (21 years of age) per 7 students, per gender
- A medical release/parental consent form is required for each participant including adult chaperones.
